We are now looking for a committed and motivated RF Engineer for our antenna development area in Rosenheim, Germany. You will essentially contribute to all development activities including requirement analysis, system design, architecture design, HW/SW design up to integration, verification, simulation, tools design, product lifecycle management support and product documentation.
Our focus is on lean and agile ways of working. We organize in multi-functional development teams where diversity, knowledge sharing and collaboration create true innovation.


What you will do:

  • Perform RF and PIM measurements with cutting-edge equipment
  • Set up and drive design and verification methods for Advanced Antenna Systems
  • Presenting your results within the development team and committees
  • Drive strategic technical leadership
  • Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling
  • Develop and test high-quality products
  • Perform trouble shooting and customer support
  • Drive continuous improvement of products and processes
  • Develop competence in specific technical domains


You will bring:

  • A Bachelor, Master´s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification, ideally with a RF background
  • Demonstrated experience in RF, Antenna Technology and Design is particularly advantageous
  • Good understanding of cellular radio networks and knowledge in radio and RF antenna technologies, products and related standards
  • Experience with 2D and 3D EM Simulation tools like CST, HFSS, AWR, ADS
  • Knowledge of PIM / EMC design and measurements is desirable
  • High proficiency within one or more key disciplines (RF design, component design, radiator design, PIM, RF measurement technology) will be considered as a merit
  • Knowledge of MATLAB, Python, C++, C#
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with passion for teamwork and collaboration in an international environment
  • High self-motivation and structured way of working
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • German language skills are a plus
