Project Manager (w/m/d)

As a Project Manager (w/m/d) you solve customer problems through innovative solutions, you drive cross-functional projects and optimize processes for long term growth.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

• You oversee and manage standalone projects or parts of strategic programs and drive the execution phase. You keep it simple at all times and approach problems and opportunities with a logical and pragmatic mindset.
• You proactively anticipate and remove bottlenecks, while timely communicating risks and issues to your stakeholders. You are willing to adjust your approach to achieve expected results.
• You are responsible for defined program areas and you thrive in overcoming organizational challenges.
• You are responsible to challenge existing Project Management processes, identify areas of improvement and standardize what is working best for the team.
• You will lead a team of project staff and are also responsible for training and further education

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of rock solid project management experience, with an interest working in operational environments, like Logistics or Customs & International Trade. You draw upon your past experience of working in a fast-paced environment and focus on delivering projects effectively and efficiently. You apply high quality project management standards and make them evolve.
• You possess strong planning and organizational skills, you’re able to understand the big picture and to deep dive where necessary. You have exceptional stakeholder management skills and can influence decision making in project meetings and steering committees with Senior stakeholders.
• You are an innovator by heart, keeping fresh by looking for new ways to do things. You continuously improve current practices.
• You have the ability to adapt to different situations quickly and smoothly. You can frictionlessly manage business development topics, operational issues, or facilitate the organization of critical decision meetings.
