Your Role

We are setting new standards in service quality through collaboration and better processes. Together with you, we will implement new systems and processes to achieve this target.
Your Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Sea Logistics systems supporting customer service processes
  • Define customer service processes together with the organization
  • Implement systems supporting best practice and standards for our customer service activities
  • Create, review and prioritize setting of system requirements
  • Maintain configuration on production and test systems
  • Implementation of new processes and functions with trainings, FAQ’s, manuals and eLearning content
  • Review success of implemented changes + follow up
  • Drive change with KPI reports and development targets
  • Align with key stakeholders from other teams, business + functional units

Your Skills And Experiences
  • Experience in customer services processes
  • Project Management experience
  • High degree of organizational and administrative skill
  • Self-disciplined and motivated
  • Able to motivate others and get buy-in from stakeholders
  • Be able to communicate professionally and clearly
