You are working in a globally operating team that designs, builds and continuously improves BI’s global Warehouse Management Processes. These processes are supported by our global SAP S/4HANA ERP and our global decentralized S/4HANA EWM system.As part of our motivated team, you have the opportunity to drive change within our global supply community.Tasks & Responsibilities



  • You work in cross-functional teams to ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of our standardized processes in global projects.
  • Based on your strong expertise in SCM and Logistics, you identify improvement opportunities and develop proposals in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • You support our daily operation of processes and applications and act as third level support.
  • You manage user communities and spread best practices for example in the training of key users.
  • Based on strong communication skills, you manage stakeholder interactions successfully and define the level of standardization for our processes and / or systems.
  • Thanks to you, we can be sure that our processes and systems are always compliant and in a validated state.
  • You manage the execution and documentation of testing and training activities.

As Process Manager, you additionally take over the following tasks:



  • You take over the lead of strategic projects in that context.
  • You manage external consultants and ensure their adherence to BI standards.

Requirements



  • Bachelor’s or Master´s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT or similar
  • Few years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Warehouse Management in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Good to extensive experience in SAP EWM
  • Positive mindset and dedicated solution- and results orientation
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proven problem-solving competence for complex challenges.
  • Project work experiences and / or consulting background preferred
  • Dedicated team player and excellent communication skills, including preparation of documentation for presentations
  • Fluent in English (additionally fluent in German would be an asset) for an efficient communication with stakeholders and international colleagues

As Process Manager:



  • You additionally have experience in managing projects on your own and achieving your goals in time, budget, and quality
