This Is Your Role.The Digital Transformation team is a cross functional team within COF Global Operations, responsible for orchestrating the COF digital strategy and ecosystem, fostering innovation and managing the project portfolio globally. The team is spread across country borders and supports stakeholders across 14 countries.
  • You will support digital transformation initiatives, by creating various artifacts such as actively contributing to the creation of the central API developer portal of COF; leading development efforts of the DT communication platform; maintaining and further enhancing the DT project portfolio tool
  • You will assist in workshops with IT, business and customers to identify concrete potential of Digitalization use cases
  • You will support the innovation management, project portfolio and API streams within DT with impulses and ideas to jointly shape SFS COF’s Digital Transformation initiative towards maximum impact

  • You are currently studying at least in the third semester and have a mandatory internship to complete
  • You have enthusiasm for digitalization and financial technology and a passion for technology and change and you bring the motivation to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
  • You already have experience with one of the following: GitLab/Hub, DevOps, OpenAPI, Swagger. Ideally you have worked with one of the following: Python, Java, MKDOCs and have excellent MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • You have strong communication skills (fluent in English and German is a plus)
  • Previous experience in the financial industry, project management and / or design thinking methods are an advantage, but not a must
