We’re looking for a Manager HR & People, based in Frankfurt or Cologne

You will manage all HR-related topics as well as our team growth of our Manyone studios in Frankfurt & Cologne and will additionally be responsibly also for our team growth in our studios in London and Barcelona.

Being our Manager HR & People

As Manager HR & People, you are responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations in Germany and, in addition, you will be responsible for our team growth across our studios in Germany, Spain and the UK. This role works in direct partnership with our Managing Director Germany, UK & Spain as well as with the team leads in Frankfurt, Cologne, London and Barcelona.
  • You are part of an exciting journey in building a global hybrid strategic design consultancy and scaling our teams in Germany, UK and Spain
  • You manage day-to-day HR operations in Germany including recruitment, contracting, onboarding and other HR-related tasks
  • You collaborate with the team leads in Germany to identify team needs and support them in finding and onboarding the best talents
  • Additionally, you are supporting our teams in the UKL and Spain with recruitment support to help also scale our teams in these markets
  • You collaborate globally with the Head of People in Manyone to constantly identify, deliver and improve the best possible people experience
Your professional experience
  • You have at least 4+ years of experience in active HR management for a Germany-based GmbH
  • You have profound experience in HR-related legal matters for a Germany-based GmbH
  • You speak fluent German and are thus able to communicate directly with German authorities (i.e. Finanzamt, Steuerbüro, Krankenkassen and more)
  • You have experience in scaling team operations, ideally in a creative/agency environment
  • You can easily master the interplay between business interests, user needs and technical restrictions.
  • You think analytically, are solution-oriented and have a strategic approach.
  • You are a team player and like to work interdisciplinary with your colleagues.
  • You are always up to date and know the current trends and innovations in the industry.
  • Fluent in using cloud-based tools like Google Sheets/Excel, Slack, as well as HR reporting tools
