YOUR MISSION:

  • Support the Head of Global Go-To-Market specifically on SELECT business (Top Tier distribution and Collaboration/Partnership)
  • Support the implementation of the Go-To-Market strategy for Select cross divisionally (footwear, apparel and accessories)
  • Support the team in planning key seasonal meetings and be in charge of the organization of key seasonal milestones (functional, market input/alignment calls, merch alignment meetings)
  • Collaborate and work closely with the Head of Global Go-To-Market and key stakeholders (Merchandising/BU/Sales/Key Accounts) to ensure market-relevant and brand-building assortments
  • Work closely with the local Merchandising/Sales teams to provide consumer, competition and customer qualitative input to future product strategies
  • Aid communication within the business by facilitating the flow of information to other divisions/BUs that might influence their seasonal plans/product lines
  • Presentation during Key Go-To-Market Milestone meetings
  • Cross functional projects coordination

YOUR TALENT:

  • University degree in Business Administration
  • 2-3 years working experience in the business (Merchandising Operations, Sales), preferably with a fashion / lifestyle specific background
  • Good understanding of Premium lifestyle market
  • Knowledge of Key Players in above mentioned space (Retailers, Brand etc.)
  • A good eye to analyze industry’s best practices related to product launches, incubations and Go-To-Market approach
  • Convey complex and unstructured concepts to a wide and diverse audience during Key Go-To-Market Milestone meetings
