You take over a strategic role in driving and advancing Plantura’s inhouse logistics through managing and developing our company’s warehouse while setting up, implementing and executing projects and initiatives directed at increasing the quality and reliability of Plantura’s logistics setup and delivery quality. Through this you will help to drive Plantura’s business and especially secure our customers’ satisfaction through meticulous service and develop our current warehouse into a state-of-the art fulfillment center.

Tasks

• You take over the management of Planturas warehouse and all of its staff
• Together with the other members of Plantura’s operations team, you will set the strategy of how our internal logistics can thrive in our current hyper-growth environment.
• You will own the execution of these strategies and ensure that they get transformed into meticulously planned processes in everyday operations
• You will ensure that processes get updated, reworked and adequate equipment introduced, making sure the company can scale - both nationally and internationally
• You organize and direct smooth and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders and partners such as logistics providers, team members from operations and customer service to ensure the best possible delivery towards our customer
• You will act as the bridge between all warehouse personnel and the management
• You build a happy high-performance team around you, identifying peoples potential and needs.

Requirements

• You want to be part of driving a consumer-tech start-up through its current hyper-growth phase, ensuring not only its breakthrough in the German market but also its successful expansion into core European markets
• You have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree at a recognized university with excellent grades, ideally in logistics or supply chain management
• You gained significant professional experience in a recognized e-commerce company or in a fast-paced start-up environment, ideally with a focus on warehousing, logistics or supply chain management
• You have an outstanding analytical mindset, are thrilled to challenge the status quo and stand out with your incomparable hustle mentality
• You have the ability to break down complex issues, reduce them to the essential factors and communicate them effectively
• You want to lead and grow an outstanding warehouse team
• You are a real team player and self-driven personality with a hands-on approach
• You are an expert in communicating with people of different backgrounds and are able to find efficient solutions in the group
• You have excellent German (C1 or better) and ideally good English skills (B1 or better)
