Your Responsibilities
- As a leader, you empower and mentor a skilled revenue operations team and train sales employees to excel and contribute to team success.
- Your expertise is essential for analyzing sales data and enhancing team effectiveness and you forge partnerships to ensure smooth project execution across departments.
- You collaborate closely to craft balanced proposals meeting customer and company needs and set an example by embodying company values in all interactions.
- Furthermore, you are closely with Marketing Operations to optimize lead transfer.
- You will manage the recruitment, administration and development of the sales team.
- Besides, you own productivity models, offering insightful recommendations to leadership and collaborate with Business Intelligence to elevate analysis and streamline reporting.
- On the top, you lead sales changes, enhancing productivity and innovation.
- You should have 5+ years of operations experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and subscription management tools is preferred.
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights.
- Showcase versatility in sales and marketing operations.
- Passion for mentoring and fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Dedication to customer success and achieving business goals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving business needs.
- 6 years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management.
- Commitment to meeting and exceeding team objectives.
