What your work will look like:

  • Support and maintain critical banking tools like CP Web and Multicash, ensuring Treasury, Finance, and Billing operations run smoothly.
  • Ensure seamless and accurate data flow to and from SAP, keeping financial figures up to date.
  • Work closely with Treasury, Finance, and Billing departments to understand and meet their needs.
  • Diagnose and fix technical issues quickly and efficiently, becoming the go-to hero for end users.
  • Assist in planning and implementing system upgrades, patches, and new features to keep tools cutting-edge and secure.
  • Oversee and manage interfaces between various banking tools and systems for optimal performance.
  • Ideally, have experience with banking formats like SWIFT and SEPA, and EBICS; training provided if needed.
  • Create and maintain clear, helpful documentation, including guides and manuals to support colleagues.
  • Ensure all banking tools adhere to the highest security standards and policies.
  • Conduct training sessions for end users and provide ongoing technical support.
What you need to be successful in this role:

  • You have experience with banking tools and systems, SAP data processing, and understanding of banking formats.
  • You are able to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • You are a strong team player with excellent communication skills in English and at least B2 German skills.
  • You have an experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence or Fresh service
  • You are proactive in suggesting and implementing system improvements.
  • You are skilled in creating clear and helpful documentation.
