About Team
As a Human Resource Manager, you will report to our Team Lead HR Management. The team’s mission is to provide exceptional service to our employees and so, you will be involved in designing processes to smoothen employees’ onboarding, offboarding, and improve the quality of daily personnel-related services.
This position is a maternity cover reporting to Lead HR Manager and will be limited for 1 year with a possibility to convert to unlimited contract.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Be the main point of contact for employees and managers for any personnel-related inquiries
- Work on exciting HR projects (e.g.,Group wide On/Off boarding process, ESG (Environment, Social & Government), Competence Model, Leadership development prog )
- Build HR processes from scratch and optimise the existing ones to improve the team’s workflow
- Be company expert for labor and security law
- Already have first professional work experience in the HR field
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business administration, or similar
- Experience building HR processes from scratch and implementing improvements
- Enthusiastic about payroll topics and have experience in this area
- Working experience with employee management system (ideally Personio)
- Sound knowledge of German labor law, social security, wage taxes, and managing payroll with an external provider
- You’ve experience working in a dynamic environment and are always happy to learn and share your knowledge with the team
- MS Office skills, particularly proficient with Excel
- Fluent in English and German
- Experience working with systems like DATEV or Peakon
- German “IHK Ausbildereignungsprüfung”
- Knowledge about health and safety regulations
- Visa and relocation expertise
- Experience working with Luxembourg labor law
