IT Specialist as IT Service Desk Support in Cologne (gn).Like to go to the office in the morningFor a municipal company in Cologne, we are looking for a full-time IT service desk support. Form of contract: temporary employment with a very good option to take over. The job suits you if you have experience as an IT specialist, IT administrator, or in IT service desk.Your tasks
  • Active participation and support in the telephone IT service and user helpdesk.
  • Error analysis and troubleshooting of IT requests and IT problems.
  • Detailed documentation in the ticket system
  • Management of user accounts and groups via MS Active Directory and Exchange.
  • Structure, installation and configuration terminals
  • Coordination of external service providers for projects
  • Continuous optimization and improvement of service quality
Your profile
  • Successfully completed vocational training in the IT field or a comparable qualification.
  • First professional experience in a comparable position
  • Good IT infrastructure knowledge
  • Confident handling of MS Active Directory and MS Office 365 as well as Citrix and XenApp is desirable
  • Class B driver’s license
  • Independent and reliable way of working
  • Always friendly and communicative appearance
