Tasks

The Press and Public Relations department is responsible for the worldwide product communication of the Mercedes-Benz Cars division. The task of Product Communication Mercedes-Benz G-Class, Midsize Cars and Compact Cars is to coordinate press and product communication across all media channels, to set messages and to communicate the products and technical highlights worldwide.

These are some of the challenges you will face:

  • Collaboration in numerous communication measures for the worldwide launch of the Mercedes-Benz G-Class, Midsize Cars and Compact Cars
  • Content preparation/implementation of events, trade fair appearances, social media activities, press conferences and presentations
  • Development of PR concepts and PR strategies, coordination with PR agencies
  • Collecting and preparing media clippings and documenting the activities carried out
  • Contributing to the creation of briefings, language regulations and Q&As
Qualifications
  • Degree in business administration, communication science, marketing or a comparable course of study
  • Proficient in written and spoken German and English
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • Commitment and ability to work in a team
  • Analytical mindset and strategic way of working
  • Car driving license
