Position Overview:

Our Diligent team is growing rapidly, and we are expanding our HR team to scale with that growth. You will perform a wide variety of administrative and project-based tasks that sweep across HR which will provide you with valuable exposure to the inner workings of a People Team in a fast-moving SaaS organisation.

Coordinating highly confidential information and situations, this person should possess excellent judgment and discretion. Depending on your future projects and location of your interlocutors, you will be required to travel for approximately one week per quarter for in-person meetings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Providing operational and administrative support to our team, including tasks such as processing title changes, reference letters, salary increases and promotional letters
  • Maintaining employee data changes within our HRIS systems
  • Partnering closely with Payroll, Accounting, Procurement, and various department heads
  • Assisting employees by answering questions, providing information, and referring them to appropriate staff as needed to provide exemplary customer service

Required Experience/Skills

  • Corporate experience in an administrative position
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Previous experience with HRIS (Oracle, Personio, etc.) and procurement tools are a bonus
  • Warm, professional and engaging disposition
  • Analytical and results focused, but with a strong ability to multitask
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, across all audience levels
  • Comfort working both independently and in a team setting
  • Accountability mindset, for oneself and others
  • Professional working proficiency in German and English are required
