Job Description


The Human Resources Coordinator is an entry-level position in Stores Human Resources and is responsible for providing labor relations expertise and guidance to our stores in Germany, Austria and Poland. The primary responsibilities include reporting, discovery, auditing, and projects. The ability to work on a variety of HR initiatives provides the Coordinator broad experience in developing their HR knowledge and know-how.

What will you be doing?

  • Responsibility for all administrative personnel processes from entry to exit
  • Advising and supporting employees and managers on all issues relating to labor law and provides guidance on company policies and procedures
  • Preparation of employment contracts, warnings and reference letters
  • Support in the processing of all organizational and administrative tasks
  • Application of company agreements and ensuring that these are adhered to
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback, associate engagement event, performance review etc.
  • Monitor associate relations intake platforms, including associate hotlines, and respond to inquiries or facilitate investigations
  • Support other HR related administrative work assigned
  • Partners with store management to implement and maintain initiatives that will positively impact business results (Talent Management, Career Development, Compliance Management)

What will you need to bring?

  • Fluent in German and English
  • BA Degree in HR required (MA Preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and provide analysis and risk assessment
  • Ability to support and thrive in a changing environment
  • Ability to influence others
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong labor relations knowledge (ideally in retail)
