Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in wealth management, a strong personal book of business, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. This role is essential to our mission of providing first-class services to our discerning clients, and the successful candidate will play a key role in driving our growth in the European market.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in wealth management or a related financial sector.
  • A personal client book of at least CHF 300 million, with at least 70% of the book acquired through your own efforts.
  • Proven ability to bring in CHF 80 million in assets during the first year of employment.
  • Strong understanding of the European market; (LatAm or MEA regions are also of interest).
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve a Return on Assets (RoA) above 90 bps.
  • 40%+ of the client book must be under Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM) or advisory mandates.
  • Ability to manage clients with a minimum account size of CHF 1 million.
  • Proven ability to establish long-term relationships;

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing them with personalized wealth management solutions.
  • Expand and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Actively contribute to the growth of the firm by bringing in new assets and maintaining an existing client book.
  • Deliver exceptional investment advice and strategies, ensuring client portfolios are aligned with their financial goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service, leveraging expertise in Private Markets, Asset Management, and Wealth Management.
