YOUR ROLE

  • Develop and steer global sales enablement strategy on Adhesives (A) level
  • Own and steer cross sales and channel excellence transformational initiatives
  • Partner with business and collaborate with senior management to drive global sales and channel excellence strategy
  • Facilitate planning sessions and drive change activities
  • Develop and steer global sales enablement roadmap in the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) / on A level
  • Own and steer customer & territory roadmapping in the SBU / on A level
  • Own and steer (cross-A) transformational initiatives on sales excellence
  • Define and drive strategic projects on sales excellence (e.g. KAM Excellence, Sales Efficiency, Social Selling)
  • Drive execution of sales excellence alignment in region(s)
  • Ensure continuous improvement initiatives globally to further develop the business
  • Coach and develop global (project) teams
  • Develop and provide input to the Sales Excellence training curriculum and best practice methodology

YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or similar area
  • Minimum 10-years of practical experience in B2B sales within industry and/or management consultancies
  • At least 2 years of international work experience
  • Good understanding of Henkel strategy and commercial operations/expectations
  • Persuasive communication and analytical skills and experience in project and commercial roles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Fluent English language skills are mandatory, German language skills are beneficial
