YOUR TEAM

Within the department of “Engineering products and services (TP)” we promote the paradigm change from classic vehicle development to agile software development, and strengthen the sense of a common development across all organizational departments. For this purpose, TP provides compliant process and method reference models as well as consistent toolchains, and we empower every employee to focus on creating value for our customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Responsible for APMO, customer success, and for the system teams managing the solution’s tools and the PI planning. Within APMO the tasks focus on managing business performance and assisting the Solution Manager as well as the rest of the team.
  • Responsible for providing constant communication and support to users and clients. The system team is tasked with managing the tools used to organize the solution (e.g. Jira and Confluence) and the support of the PI Planning.
  • Build and lead the team with focus on the development of each individual team member, and create an environment that fosters and manages the acquisition and sharing of knowledge.
  • Develop guidelines and standards for the organization.
  • Internally allign needs and solutions with stakeholders, with our different solution trains and with our domains.
  • Provide an interface to the group (Konzernschnittstelle) and contribute to the TP strategy.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering, computer science or a comparable course of study
  • At least 3 years experience in project management; experience with APMO and customer success management preferred
  • At least 1 year experience in leading and managing teams
  • Sound knowledge of SAFe and tool experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Fluent German and English language skills (both spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of VW group processes and a strong VW group network is a plus
