Overview

As the Head of Planning & Performance for Germany, you will take care of the day-to-day operations in Germany, managing the rider and warehouse planning and ensuring deliveries are made on time and efficiently. While keeping track of the entire performance of the warehouse and rider crew for Germany, you also come up with creative initiatives to boost the performance of the overall team.

Your responsibilities:

• Build the first-in-class team and set the goals and strategic direction for Planning and Performance in Germany, including, performance review, shift management, route planning, and delivery efficiency.
• Build a KPI framework and keep track of the rider & warehouse performance
• You will be responsible for ensuring excellent communication and coordination across Germany and the regional operation teams.
• You will need to make data-driven decisions and (performance analysis, dashboard creation with the right KPI’s, improvement of KPI such as Cost Per Order, Utilisation Rate, etc.).
• You will provide the operations with reliable data and information that will help them recruit and support the rider crew.
• You will ensure high employee quality through performance management and create and implement plans to improve the overall wh and rider performance.

Requirements

• Experience working with and improving KPI’s (food delivery, last-mile logistics, mobility industry).
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, banking or operations within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• People management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to motivate others in a deadline-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems under pressure.
• Effective communicator and are proficient in both written and spoken English.
