Overview

As a Senior Manager, you will be part of a team reporting directly to our COO and building the future leadership of our company. Our COO has a super strong track record of building future leaders, including our Co-founder and CEO:


Your responsibilities:

  • Work directly with senior leadership (globally / country level) on the most strategic relevant topics for Gorillas Operations
  • Topics can be either within our existing line organization or as separate projects, however always focused on the direct impact
  • Dive deep into different areas of our operations from the ordering to the delivery
  • Design and prototype systems and tools that will define our future with a strong link to our product and tech team
  • Develop a holistic view of our company and demonstrate a holistic mindset

Requirements

  • An exceptional academic record with a degree in Engineering, Business (MBA), Analytics or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience at a top tier management consulting firm and a minimum 1 year of experience outside of consultancy
  • Strong (root cause) problem solving
  • Desire to overachieve and build the future of retail at scale
  • Project management skillset
  • Interest in developing people
  • Willingness to travel
