As a Head of Engineering you overlook our team of Software, QA and DevOps Engineers to build up our SaaS solution for Tech Hiring together.

You:
Your Mission

  • Coordinate with the product team for new product features.
  • Oversee product development, DevOps and QA teams.
  • Prepare and plan the team’s future development in alignment with stakeholders.
  • Support setting quarterly roadmap for all teams.
  • Provide technical and architectural guidance and support to engineering teams.
  • Ensure consistency of the overall systems architecture.
  • Hire engineers and plan future hiring.
  • Review and plan improvements opportunities of applications and processes submitted by team leads.
  • Ensure compliance with security and legal regulations.
Your Skill Set

  • BSc/MSc in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field.
  • 3 Years or more managing several product teams, DevOps and QA teams.
  • Hands-on experience in all development aspects (Backend, Frontend, Infrastructure / Cloud)
  • Ideally Background in AI
  • Leadership experience
