Your tasks

You are responsible for the group’s financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting and report directly to the C-level management
You support business decision-making processes by creating and developing business analysis, using scorecards and incorporating company KPIs and Metrics
You drive continuous improvement of finance processes and reporting
You oversee cashflow forecasts and foreign exchange movements
You will be responsible for the management of data analysis tools

Requirements

You have a degree or further qualification focusing on Data Controlling, Financial Management, Business Economicsor similar
You have profound professional experience in the area of financial analysis, business analysis, business intelligence, data reporting
You have excellent Excel skills and also are willing to learn and develop your skill sets further
You ideally have a good knowledge of VBA, Power Query/Power BI
You are a problem solver and know how to manage complex data
You have a strong analytical mindset and a high affinity for numbers and you can translate that into business-relevant content
You speak fluent English and can communicate in German on at least B2 level
