Patrique Mercier Recruitment is currently seeking a German Speaking Client Care Consultant for a new online payment platform. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative company and provide exceptional client care to German-speaking customers.As a German Speaking Client Care Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing support and guidance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will handle customer interactions via phone, email, or chat, resolve any issues or concerns, and contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding client care to German-speaking customers
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with their requests, questions, and concerns
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate teams
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs
- Stay updated on the platform’s features and processes
- Adhere to company guidelines and procedures
- Fluency in spoken and written German and English
- Prior experience in customer care or a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide effective client support and solutions
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer support tools
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
