The Role

The Central Europe (DACH, CEE/CIS Markets) Territory Marketing Specialist is responsible for the effective delivery of marketing plans and activity across the region. Working as a field marketer, you will be a key member of the regional marketing team delivering effective campaigns, in country / language events and webinars and community programs to drive awareness, engagement and pipeline growth. You will work closely with sales teams across the region to ensure they are aware of, utilise and make the most of the marketing programs and campaigns to help them hit their targets.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • To act as a champion for Tableau and the Tableau brand
  • Execute and drive the successful delivery of EMEA wide marketing programs, campaigns and activities in region
  • Develop and deliver local marketing activities as agreed in the EMEA marketing planning process
  • To be accountable for the delivery of relevant marketing KPIs
  • Partner closely with sales teams across the region to create and drive pipeline and sales
  • To collaborate effectively with the EMEA marketing team, our stakeholders, agencies and HQ teams to deliver your goals
  • To be an active and engaged member of the EMEA team supporting the regional lead to deliver their goals and objectives
Who You Are
  • Experienced in field marketing with a proven ability to successfully drive pipeline and awareness generation activities. B2B experience is essential. Software/technology experience would be beneficial but is not essential
  • A collaborator: natural relationship builder who can work effectively across different disciplines, time zones and cultures and thrives within a matrix organisation
  • Organised: able to manage multiple simultaneous projects and consistently hit deliverables on time and to agreed quality standards
  • Commercially driven: passionate about driving business performance and seeing measurable impact from their work
  • A communicator: cutting through the noise to deliver the right message to the right person at the right time
  • International: ideally multi-lingual and definitely open to learning and truly understanding the differences across markets
  • Fluency in German and English is essential
