As an experienced Integrated Business Planning Consultant (f/m/d) at CAMELOT, you will be a contributory element in successfully implementing our integrated consulting approach - strategy, process, and technology.

The successful candidate will be a member of our Competence Team, comprising progress drivers, difference-makers, and innovation implementers. In a rapidly growing area of our company, you will develop next-level integrated business planning (IBP) solutions. Making technological advancement serviceable. Making the competitive edge tangible.

Your Tasks

You will be extensively responsible for supply chain planning projects that focus on integrated business planning. Your expert knowledge will enable you to provide goal-oriented solutions to client-specific issues. Your main tasks will involve recognizing challenges, developing SAP IBP-based concepts and guiding clients through every step of the process. Specifically, this will entail the following:
  • Closely coordinating with clients on project plans, budgets, and outcomes.
  • Analyzing our client’s supply chain planning and highlighting corresponding areas where optimizations can be achieved.
  • Defining our client’s planning models in terms of business process design, roles & responsibilities, and mapping out the technology processes, including those of SAP IBP.
  • Working hand in hand with the client’s project management teams to ensure that your SAP IBP-based solutions are lastingly implemented.
  • Empowering others to reap maximum benefit from your solutions, including beyond their actual implementation.
  • Acquiring expertise and skills through training courses, mentoring as well as specific technology training.
  • FLEX-Office concept with assignment to one of the locations: Mannheim, Cologne, Munich.
Your Expertise
  • At least five years’ experience in supply chain management at a leading consulting company or comparable consulting experience e.g., as a business analyst.
  • Competently managing workstreams in a senior position with extensive experience working on supply chain processes in at least one key CAMELOT industry.
  • Expertise in complex supply chain management solutions focusing on integrated planning, including demand, supply, and inventory planning.
  • Extensive, proven track record on design, configuration, testing, and at least two full-life-cycle implementations using SAP IBP or comparable software.
  • Ideally: a degree with a very good academic grade in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or any other degree course relating to supply chain and logistics.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills; business fluent German; other languages would be welcomed.
