We are looking for a

EU-GMP Knowledge and Training Expert (part-time 50-80%) based in Monheim am Rhein

Your Responsibilities
  • Assure the GMP quality manual and SOPs are actual and inspection ready
  • Implement and verify GMP knowledge for concerned GMP stakeholders by training, training coordination
  • Coordinating and planning GMP/GDP audits also together with the other EU GMP entities to achieve highest synergy and resource usage.
  • Coordinate GMP Quality system activities with the core ECL EU QA system to use synergies e.g. for supplier audits with products under different regulations (e.g. combine MDEV/MP audits).
  • Support eQMS system also for full pharmaceutical suitability
  • Track audit findings, training and and authority timelines
  • Review and trace stability testing and data executed by the copackers
Your Profile
  • Studies or education in natural science, chemistry, oecotrophology, biology, pharmacy to be qualified as trainer with the appropriate background
  • Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical standards, such as the EU GMP/GDP guidelines
  • Profound understanding of quality principles such as independent verification, meaningful documentation, acceptance criteria and validation of processes
  • Good structural and logical thinking for process and failure analysis, risk analysis
  • Good skills in MS Office
  • German and English /subject matter vocabulary spoken and written
  • the ability to communicate in a broad and multi-cultural team and context
  • mediating skills and the ability to endure tight situations in audits
  • the willingness to travel (10%)
