Your responsibilities
- Competently clarify commercial questions and complaints regarding products, orders, deliveries and returns from Germany and abroad (telephone, mail, chat) during defined service hours
- Maintain customer reports and customer master data in common CRM systems (Lotus Notes, Salesforce, etc.)
- ensuring availability by telephone
- Provide technical advice to customers and submit proposals and solutions
- Collaboration with the business departments
- Determine costs/prices, based on given documents/systems
Your background
- Successfully completed commercial/technical training combined with initial relevant work experience in customer service/customer support.
- Skilled in the use of MS Office, Lotus Notes and SAP
- German fluent in spoken and written, English skills an advantage
- Reliable, level-headed team player with strong communication skills
