THE POSITION

Reporting into Global Lead Consumer, Shopper & Retail, you will support BIAH markets in making the right strategic and practical go-to-market choices to grow their Retail and eRetail businesses and reach new milestones.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- In this role, you will work closely with our local market teams assess white space opportunities and develop practical go-to-market strategies that identify appropriate Retail and eRetail solutions to drive revenue, positive return on investment (ROI) and profitable growth.
- Furthermore, you will be building deep trusted partnerships with our local markets bringing solutions to improve local go-to-market implementation and by overcoming challenges drawing from your experience and knowledge.
- Moreover, you will be contributing to the development of global Retail and eRetail expertise by converting key learnings into success models and playbooks for implementation across the BIAH footprint.
- Your expertise will contribute into all aspects of marketing and sales planning ensuring high standards of execution by demonstrating a clear understanding of our Retail and eRetail markets business needs.
- Additionally, you will regularly analyze market trends, review the performance and potential of key sales channels and customers and review competition to optimize local action plans.
- Also, you will contribute into projects within the broader Animal Health team on multi-disciplinary initiatives.
- University degree required; Master’s degree (e.g., MBA, MSc) desirable
- Long-term experience in go to market sales strategy-related and/or sales leadership roles
- Strong finance acumen and numerical literacy mandatory, P&L experience desirable
- Leadership experience desirable with developed persuasiveness and influencing skills outside hierarchical Settings
- Strong analytical thinking, action planning and organizing skills, strategic thinking, creativity and problem-solving mindset
- Project and process management skills with the ability to be flexible and adapt quickly
- Excellent communicator both written and verbal with a cultural awareness
- Fluency in written and spoken English
