Our new innovative IT services organization is HPE Pointnext. We have the expertise to advise, integrate, and accelerate our customers’ outcomes from their digital transformation. With our skillset and experience we guide customer to a future proof IT operations model and design and assist in implementing the necessary changes.

In a typical day as Solution Architectfor Cloud & Automation projects you:
  • Are responsible for providing a detailed technical architecture design for enterprise solutions at DAX customers in Germany
  • Provide technical leadership and hands-on support in implementing your designs in classic as well as agile environments
  • Understand a broad spectrum of IT infrastructure
  • Provide advice on solution and integration opportunities to improve technical landscape
  • Demonstrate execution of our Edge-to-Cloud and aaS strategy which allows to leverage the value of data no matter where it resides
  • Contribute to knowledge tools and communities, and ensure project learnings are documented and shared
  • Proactively encourage membership and contributions of others to professional community
  • Meet the professional standards and update your skills and relevant certifications
  • Participate in the selling process and work with sales/principals on pre-sales activities.
If you are…
  • Good at partnering, innovating, and making things happen? Good start, you are aligned to our core values!
If You Have These Skills, Expertise, Attitude And Education…
  • Academic degree in engineering or computer science
  • Multiple years of experience in cloud and automation solution design
  • Sufficient depth and breadth of technical knowledge to be individually responsible for designing, scoping and delivering hybrid cloud solutions
  • Background in scripting, virtualization, automation and container technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders on all levels
  • Ability to translate technical details into concise and easy to understand proposal document and to answer specific RFPs
  • Both, team player and independent worker depending on project situation
  • Fluency in German and English language
