As a Client Support Analyst (f/m/d) for our International Client Management team you will assist a client manager in producing client deliverables. Key job responsibilities include generating reports, populating online client tools with up-to-date information, gathering information regarding Schneider Electric client sites, creating Excel spreadsheets and Power Point presentations, and communicating with clients at the plant and corporate level.

Your Responsibilities

• You establish relationships with clients at the plant and corporate level when needed and are responsible for field customer inquiries.
• You support client team in presentations and meetings and provide client training on Schneider Electric’s client website and our Resource Advisor Software Application.
• You coordinate the receipt of external energy invoices.
• You facilitate new client rollout with our internal and external teams.
• By understanding and adhering to the processes and controls of Schneider Electric Energy you elevate and communicate potential breakdown of systems, policies and procedures to our client.
• You always have the big picture in mind and can thus contribute to potential process enhancements or new process development.
  
  

About You

• You have a bachelor´s degree in Business administration or a related field.
• The ability to communicate effectively is one of your strengths, ideally you already have experience with plant and corporate level management.
• You are fluent in German & English with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Any additional language is an asset.
• You are proficient in the in Microsoft Office environment.
• Personal qualities such as: self-driven, autonomous, influential, perseverant, reliable, direct, curious and creative.
