WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:

The Project Manager will be instrumental in enabling and managing transversal projects in close collaboration with the Head of Transformation.

YOUR TASKS:

Projects

  • Manage assigned projects and workstreams with executional excellence
  • At company level, Coordinate workstream/ project resources to meet project objectives and milestones (On-Time/ In-Full)
  • Report on progress and flag deviation
  • Identify interdependencies
  • Manage project risks and communication
  • Conduct process analysis and run improvement measures
  • Deliver ad-hoc support across projects (preparation, follow-ups, …)
  • Manage, coordinate and/or support cross-functional/ transversal key projects
  • Drive new projects through identified opportunities and ad-hoc requests
  • Support and manage the annual strategic process and execution (incl. overall project planning and monitoring, development of communication plan to key stakeholders)
  • Coordinate the project roadmap in close collaboration with respective project leads
  • Provide project management support (and methodology) to other functions
  • Manage coordination and content of key presentations, meetings and events
  • Manage the creation and establishment of PMO standards

HQ

  • Manage and coordinate tasks and activities within day-to-day business (incl ad-hoc requests)
  • Support in the preparation of presentations, meetings and events
  • Facilitate decision-making processes

YOUR PROFILE:

  • 2-5 years experience in Project Management (or an intrinsic motivation and skill for ‘planning and executing’)
  • Ability to work, structure and prioritize independently on a wide range of assignments
  • Creativity and curiosity to identify and solve a wide range of project management challenges
  • Problem-solver – translates challenges into solutions
  • Strong executional mindset
  • Ability to interact effectively across hierarchies, different Functions/Businesses, different cultures within the organization
  • Ability to adapt to and deliver in quickly changing and uncertain environments
  • Open to learn, further develop, and promote new project management methodologies
  • Open minded for new challenges
  • Experience in (cross-) functional projects
  • Strong (internal) customer and service orientation in day-to-day work
  • Good skills in working in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good written, oral communication, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), German a plus
