In this role as Business & Account Development Director for the Consumer & Retail sector, you will:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Lead and coordinate multi-country sector opportunities.
  • Drive the growth agenda by directing the country’s sales force.
  • Identify new opportunities within the account portfolio.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve the sales process and resource availability.
  • Support the deployment of sector strategies and contribute to the sales strategy.
  • Provide guidance and representation in customer-facing environments and industry events.

What do we need from you?
  • Logistics experience and strong knowledge of DSC competitors.
  • Professional commercial skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent consultative selling, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Exemplary relationship management and networking abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and international business development experience.
  • Strong analytical ability and proficiency in a matrix management environment.
  • Culturally sensitive with fluency in written and spoken English.
Location is flexible within Europe.
