Job responsibilities:
- Act as day-to-day client service contact for assigned group of clients, supporting Client Advisors and Business Management
- Provide the essential link between Client Advisors and Operations
- Act as a central point of contact for assigned group of clients for non-investment related activity and proactively manage and develop relationships with those clients
- Perform all required client service functions including maintenance of client records, coordination of client cash flows
- Respond to clients’ auditor, consultant, and other third party requests
- Compliance with all internal procedures
- Manage the onboarding process including account set-up, communication with clients and other third parties
- Ensure regulatory and business changes are communicated to the client and internal stakeholders
- Attendance at client meetings and events as appropriate
- Communicate significant client issues internally and document/escalate as appropriate
- Actively participate in client service and regional team meetings
- Research, analyze, generate and implement service enhancements, market requirements, procedure changes, and other innovations
- Assist team manager in client impacting business and regulatory driven projects and initiatives
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Solid knowledge of the financial and mutual fund industry (Luxembourg SICAV Funds) and the relevant legal structures and regulatory requirements
- Experience in a similar client servicing role with knowledge of German investment funds market; experience with Austrian and/or Swiss markets considered an asset
- Fluent written and spoken English and German; any additional European language is an asset
- IT literate and familiar with MS-Office
- Outstanding communication, organization and coordination skills
- Service and client oriented, self-motivated, highly disciplined and excellent attention to detail
