Administrative assistant (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • guest reception
  • maintain correspondence
  • responsible for company cars and communication with related service providers
  • schedule meetings and organize business trips
  • support of expatriates: e.g. visa applications, deal with formalities
  • management of data and documents
  • create statistics
  • samples inventory control and shipping
  • communication with accounting, HR and IT-team
  • manage invoices
  • support of planning and preparation of meetings
  • order office materials incl. business cards
  • other administrative tasks

Your profile:

  • relevant working experience
  • experience with travel organization is preferable, working experience in a travel agency is an asset
  • business fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
  • MS Office skills
  • friendly, cooperative and reliable
  • intercultural competence and good communication skills
