Your Tasks
  • Preparation of technical and commercial competitor comparative analyzes
  • Proactively prepare, conduct and evaluate customer and sales surveys
  • Creation of specifications
  • Organize the release of specifications according to the Eaton QS manual after coordination with development, project management, sales and customers
  • Support of the ProLaunch (milestone process) and IATF processes
  • Creation and execution of a strategic product roadmap
  • Planning and control of the market launch in coordination with sales management and product support within the budget
  • Development / determination of all necessary measures for the market launch such as timing, documentation, advertising, trade fair presence, sales promotion means, features / arguments for use and logistics, taking into account the costs and the various interests
  • Creation and approval of all documents and records required for sales
  • Creation of a continuous evaluation of sales statistics and market key data, analyze actuals in comparison to the profit plan together with controlling
  • Provide technical advice for sales
  • Development of argumentation aids for sales promotion (feature and benefit)
Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Completed degree in electrical engineering, economics, industrial engineering or comparable qualification
  • Well-founded, practical knowledge in the field of product management, project management or sales in the automotive environment
  • Method-specific marketing or sales profile with a pronounced strategic way of thinking and working (e.g. portfolio management)
  • Development of business models in line with the market, also based on innovations
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, strong assertiveness
  • Ability to work on projects in international teams
  • Good language skills in German and English
