From design of MDM processes to implementation on platforms like SAP, improvement to deployment of these solutions into new countries and business areas.We are looking for a Process Manager focusing on the following areas:
  • Improve the maintenance of our custom-built Product Master Data solution
  • Close collaboration with our Service Delivery unit
The position is temporary for two years.Tasks & Responsibilities
  • In your new role, you independently will manage small and midsize global implementation projects end-to-end and ensure successful completion by keeping track of milestones, stakeholder needs and client satisfaction.
  • You will play a key role in design and governance of our processes around the business needs - becoming an expert of certain business critical processes e.g. global product master data management or reporting of content of regulatory dossiers from a master data perspective.
  • As process expert, you will ensure knowledge transfer of master data handling to Service Delivery, OPU and your colleagues.
  • You will work with data migration groups, development, and deployment teams as well as our global designers to translate business processes into software applications - understanding the business needs and transforming those into a master data framework.
  • You will develop and implement process improvements coming from our user community, evaluate the corresponding business needs and drive solutions to support the same.
Requirements
  • Diploma or master’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering or equivalent or long-term professional experience with comparable training in the field of data management
  • Process experience in the product development and/or production process in the pharma industry and/or process manufacturing
  • Project management experience as well as experiences in running and moderating workshops, preferably using agile methods
  • Good to extensive experience in Data Maintenance and one of the areas corresponding to the focus of your role:
  • Product/ Material Master Data Management (e.g. SAP MDG-M, SAP MDM)
  • Functional and/or technical know-how in the SAP environment with a special focus on master data solutions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a very high level of personal responsibility and motivation
  • Team player with intercultural awareness and excellent communication skills in German and English
