Tasks & Responsibilities
- As Senior Manager Business Intelligence, you steer the BI Digital SME network towards realization of automation processes, i.e., tools to reduce manual operations.
- In this context, you work with CQA management to outline the Digitalization roadmap for Quality and collaborate with Global Management System Owners, IT and GBS to prioritize, build business cases and drive the implementation of technical solutions across BI.
- You further ensure that a process around data gathering and data analysis is available to drive process simplification, process understanding and a proactive response to data trends.
- In collaboration with the Head of Global Quality Digital Transformation, you outline the digital strategy and manage the interface with IT and GBS with respect to the implementation of key digitalization projects.
- For data analysis, you develop and implement visualizations (i.e., Tableau, basic programming). Thus, you forecast methodologies that ensure monitoring of quality is embedded withing visualizations.
- Based on data analysis, you identify and recommend processes and other opportunities for improvement.
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematic, Statistics or similar with several years of professional experience
- Knowledge of data analytics tools/systems, e.g., Tableau, basic programming skills
- Expertise in strategic and conceptual work, including concept definition and communication as well as cross-functional, cross cultural alignment
- Ability to successfully drive initiatives, projects, and programs with strong judgement and decision-making
- Ability to represent BI in external industry working groups, act as an influencer of peers and leverage networks
- With your positive impact on others, you create an environment for change and continuous improvement, result orientation and challenge the status quo
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to influence and motivate others
- Fluent command of English, both verbal and written. German language skills are a plus
