The company is a regulated payment institution under the Payment Services Supervision Act (Zahlungsdiensteaufsichtsgesetz – ZAG) with offices in Berlin, Hamburg, Milan and Madrid.
About the opportunity:
- Kick start your career by working closely with a C-level manager (CEO, CCO or CPO), acting as their right-hand or trusted advisor, on both strategic and operational tasks making sure the company vision is aligned with the operational needs
- You organise and prioritise critical issues and required information for the CxO to facilitate efficient decision-making
- Take responsibility on core (international) projects within finleap connect while working in cross-functional teams
- Depending on which management member you’ll work closely together with, you’ll get to coordinate and manage decision-making, board materials, presentations, investor relations, off-sites, leadership events, company summits and more
- Work in close alignment with the management team in general to make our leadership more effective and efficient.
What will make you succeed?
- You recently got your degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or an equivalent field
- You have 1 to 2 years of work experience (including Internships/Working Student positions) in Strategy Consulting, M&A, Venture Capital, sales or product management
- Profound analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills while staying pragmatic in your decisions
- Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel / Google Slides and Sheets
- International exposure to environments where dealing effectively with language and cultural differences is a major factor for a successful performance
- You have a high level of flexibility and prioritisation of tasks in a daily changing environment
- You have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and deal with professionals inside and outside the company
- You are proactive and have a self-starter mentality with excellent problem-solving skills
- You have excellent communication skills in English and German (both verbal and written), Italian and/or Spanish are a plus.
