As our Workplace Experience Specialist (f/m/d) you will be responsible for our Berlin HQ Workplace operations both virtual and in-office. You will help us to provide an outstanding employee experience.
The role:
- Act as a friendly and approachable resource for all who come to the office and work remotely
- Help to create an environment of collaboration, engagement and productivity
- Listen to the needs of those working on-site and those working remotely and transfer them into ideas, suggestions and small improvements
- Being central point of contract for our new joiners providing them a smooth physical onboarding experience
- Support in workplace planning projects such as: change management, inventory forecasting, budget management and workplace optimisation (organise and manage workplace resources)
- Partner and build trusted relationships with our local & global service providers
- Collaborating closely with other areas of the People Team - especially
- Knowing and ensuring compliance to regulations and owning safety initiatives all offices globally
- Working continuously to evaluate and improve the physical and digital workplace to increase employee engagement and satisfaction
- 1-2 years’ experience within workplace space, office management, site operations
- Excellent customer service acumen and interpersonal relationship skills throughout all job duties and responsibilities
- Strong people skills, ability to engage, build and maintain relationships
- Good organisational skills
- Proficiency in both English and German
