Then we can offer you the right challenge: Within our interdisciplinary R&D department, you will take on responsibility for the DevOps team. You will support your team with words and deeds and also develop our infrastructure hands-on in diverse and exciting projects.What You Will Do
  • You will take on the team lead role for a small team of experienced DevOps engineers
  • Together with your team, you will take ownership of our AWS infrastructure, on which both the development and the production environment run
  • Your focus will be on coordinating the team as well as developing and motivating the team members
  • You will still get to apply and develop your DevOps skills - your role is hands-on
  • You will use your combined experience to support our product teams and increase their flow
QualificationsWHO YOU ARE
  • You have already gained experience in team management or project management in software development
  • You follow the DevOps mindset and have already taken ownership of a productive environment on AWS
  • You have extensive experience in the area of AWS (e.g. EC2, S3, SQS, ACM, RDS, Route53, VPC) as well as with Kubernetes/ EKS
  • You can also convince us with experience in other technologies we use, e.g. in the areas of monitoring (ElasticSearch, Kibana, Prometheus, Grafana) and IaC / development (Terraform, JRE, Jenkins, CI/CD)
  • Your experience in programming or scripting is a plus
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English, as part of your team speaks English
