All About The Branding.

In our Brand & Advertising departments, we function as an in-house creative agency and develop new marketing strategies. We give our own brand and collaborations with partner brands a clear stance. With national and international offline & online campaigns, market launches, product innovations and brand cooperations we gain new customers, followers, and friends and keep them entertained and engaged. In doing so, we are involved from the idea generation to the visual and textual implementation of the projects. We then turn our previously developed marketing formats into reality through our ABOUT YOU video and photo productions and ensure our quality standards stay high and our communication is consistent.

As Director Brand & Advertising - Strategy (m/f/d), you will be part of a dual leadership team responsible for the strategic management and development of our entire Brand & Advertising division. Together with the Director Brand & Advertising - Creation, who is responsible for the creative translation of the brand strategy into comprehensive 360° campaigns, you will play a key role in defining the vision and strategy and thus play a significant role in shaping the future of ABOUT YOU.

Responsibilities
  • Contact person for our managing directors regarding all strategic branding topics and close cooperation with the Director Brand & Advertising - Creation
  • Overall operational and disciplinary responsibility for the department-specific Brand & Media House teams, including budget responsibility
  • Conducting independent analyses and research as well as concrete measures for the further development of our Brand & Advertising department
  • Implementation and realization of strategic and operational projects
  • Communication and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Several years of practical experience in brand marketing, performance marketing, media or similar, ideally in an agency environment
  • Experience in managing a team of at least 15 employees
  • Strong analytical skills as well as a comprehensive understanding of both numbers and creative processes
  • Excellent communication skills as well as high intrinsic motivation to actively make a difference
  • You enjoy taking the lead, moving things forward quickly, and inspiring others
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced entrepreneurial work environment
  • Very good command of written and spoken English
