Your Role
In the role of a Principal/Lead Consultant, you will lead the engagement effort for solution design, development, and deployment. You will be pivotal to lead your technology track, elicit requirements through workshops, collaborate with client business and other tracks, problem definition and detailed business requirements, lead the overall solution and guide teams on project processes and deliverables. This includes interpreting any issues and recommending solutions or best practices. Define strategic direction, determine business needs and design & deliver SAP S4HANA Controlling solutions, doing so in partnership with other domains.
As a thought leader in your domain, you will be rusted partner of the client for the solutions in your track and be the key advisor to solution design reviews. You will guide the team functionally and work closely with offshore team acting as a communication medium between the client and offshore. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required
- Experience as SAP CO (Controlling) lead on at least 2-3 implementations, and as a sub-module lead on at least 5-8 implementations.
- Design and define Organizational structure, chart of accounts structure within SAP by transforming business requirements into system specifications to meet current and future requirements.
- Multi-national company and Intercompany transactions, eliminations, and financial consolidations
- In-depth knowledge of:
- PCA, CCA
- Product costing, CP-PC
- Skill around COPA (with ECC flavor and S4HANA) account based & costing based
- Actual costing
- Cost controlling with costing sheet
- Overhead cost management
- Integration of Controlling with logistics & finance
- Utilizes knowledge of best practices to define strategic direction, determine business needs and design & deliver SAP S4HANA Controlling solutions.
- Good knowledge on S4HANA simplification and implementation experience
- Experience in master data cleansing and coordination
- Flexible to travel within Europe
Preferred
- Experience/ working in Manufacturing or Process domain.
- Good to know German
- Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions.
- Client Interfacing skills along with Team management skills
