Your role
In the role of a Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, computer science, mathematics or physics
• Education or experience in basic and advanced aerodynamics, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics and heat transfer
• Experience with aerodynamic/fluid mechanics/heat transfer calculations for aerospace applications
• Experience with CFD tools (ie Fluent, CFX) or thermal tools such as Thermal Desktop
• Experience supporting multi-disciplined teams
• 5+ years of leadership in task coordination or management
• Interest in mentorship for junior or mid-level engineers
• Strong and effective oral and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills

Preferred

• Experience with SC03 and associated plugins developed for Cooling and Thermal analysis
• Previous experience at an aerospace company
• Knowledge of programming language such as Python/Matlab
