As a Project Manager you will work closely together with our Country Program Manager Germany & Austria to drive multiple cross-functional strategic and operational projects which are key contributors to define our national strategy in both markets Germany and Austria. Your project management skills will help to drive the business to the next level in a fast-paced environment.

Your Job

• An existing track record of supporting activities in planning, delivering, and monitoring successful projects working with small, cross functional and global project teams
• You will be co-working on different projects for standardization of our processes and structures, cost and operational optimization, communication and performance
• Measure and report on the success of new projects after they go live
• Coordinating activities across different organizational functions, maintaining collaborative relationships with other departments, such as Sales Acquisition, Account Management, Strategic Accounts, Groceries & Convenience, Marketing, IT and HR
• Preparation of meetings incl. agenda-setting and moderation
• Management of and follow-up on action item lists
• Prepare presentation materials and progress reporting for key senior management meetings (e.g. SteerCo Meetings)
• Prepare stakeholder communication and work on ad-hoc requests regarding strategic topics
• Develop and maintain close collaborative relationships with other departments of Just EatTakeaway.com, (e.g. all Sales teams, BI & Analytics, Customer Services, Product and Tech, Finance, etc.)
  

• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree is a plus
• Minimum of 2+ years of working experience in a project management, business development, operations or consultant role
• Fluent in German and English
• Strong commercial business understanding, including potential impact of business decisions on various internal/external stakeholders
• A born realizer, goal getter, structured worker
• Hands-on experience with project management from start to finish
• A structured, data-driven approach to decision-making
• Strong stress resistance and the ability to deliver multiple tasks simultaneously
• You are able to act autonomously and in a team
• Experience / certified in Scrum, Prince2, Agile, Lean or IPMA is a plus
