Finance department, Global Master Data Management (GMDM), is accountable for increasing efficiency by enhancing Data Quality with a Data Governance Framework and by aligning x-functionally on MDM topics & perform (IT-) projects on a global level (with all MDM Business owners). The role MDM Project Manager is supporting GMDM with different outcomes related to the currently heterogenous & challenging working areas of GMDM.

Tasks:
  • Assist in MDM Land projects as Project Manager by coordinating & driving alignments, minuting key outcomes, reporting to the project manager
  • Coordinating & collaborating & contributing x-functionally in global MDM topics by coordinating global meetings, minuting & publishing results & findings & next steps
  • Assist in upcoming S/4 communication globally
  • Assist in (financial) planning of the related cost center

Your profile:
  • Planning and organisational skills
  • Communication and inter-personal skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and thoroughly, but also to support the team
  • English business fluent
  • Ideally a background or Know How about the Logistics industry and respective business workflows (focus on Land)
