Are you up for the challenge? We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager (f/m/d) to join our team!

As a Marketing Operations Manager (f/m/d), you will own the maintenance and creation of processes and lead flows, leveraging our systems and technology, helping us report on our marketing initiatives as well as identifying improvement opportunities.

Reporting to the Director of Growth, you will be working together with our lean marketing team and, alongside our Business Development & Customer Success teams. As our first Marketing Operations Manager (f/m/d), you will be setting a new standard as one of the go-to stakeholders in supporting the team to navigate growth, and a trusted partner to help us improve and scale. Passionate about building and improving processes, you are a problem-solver and have a do’er mentality. You are stimulated by fast-changing, high-growth environments.

Our Marketing tech stack includes (but you will be involved in adapting and preparing it for growth):

HubSpot Marketing Hub, Contentful, ahrefs, Zoom, Hotjar, lemlist, LinkedIn Advertise.

What You’ll Be Up To:

  • Run the successful design, build, quality assurance, and maintenance of a variety of programs, data, and campaign flows
  • Be an internal authority on operationalising marketing initiatives. Educate, document, and implement where needed
  • Define and guide the overall design and usage of our marketing technology, campaign requirements, and SOPs
  • Support the management of day-to-day processes across our marketing stack, as well as maintain our database quality and health.

Your Skills:

  • You have at least 3 years of marketing operations experience in a B2B SaaS start-up environment. You have worked alongside a marketing team and understand the end-to-end of an integrated marketing program
  • You have extensive experience with Marketing Automation and CRM platforms including designing, building, and maintaining lifecycle and admin workflows; preferably HubSpot
  • You have some experience in account-based marketing
  • You are passionate about building and maintaining systems and thrive in bringing processes and organisation
  • You are an excellent communicator and project manager, and can handle changing priorities
  • You have a good understanding of data and privacy compliance laws
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus
