Your role
As part of the Enterprise Marketing team, you will be responsible for identifying customer acquisition channels as well as the preparation, execution and monitoring of our B2B demand generation initiatives. In close collaboration with the marketing, growth and sales teams, you will bring our customer acquisition marketing strategy to the next level.
You will
- Develop our demand generation marketing strategy and identify new lead gen channels, drive existing ones forward and expand our strategy to support our growing international customer base
- Own, operate and optimize Forto’s customer acquisition campaigns and build multi-channel marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive our pipeline
- Coordinate these initiatives with other parts of the marketing team - product marketing, digital and performance, marketing operations, brand
- Monitor and adjust the success of your initiatives to reach our acquisition targets
- Partner with sales and business development to create streamlined lead journeys and setup internal follow-up processes
- Drive optimizations through testing of funnel setups, ad copies and segmentations
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation marketing, field marketing, or digital marketing roles in a dynamic B2B environment
- You feel comfortable working across different marketing vehicles and media (offline and online) to deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Your logical-thinking mind loves to create a multifaceted strategy for customer acquisition based on insights from several sources and understanding of sales funnels, lead conversions, and buyer journeys
- As an action-oriented team player, you have excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage and inspire multiple stakeholders
- Your tech-savvy talent and creative mind with a strong ability to deeply build content that resonates with customers
- Experience working with a variety of marketing tools from marketing automation, analytics, webinar, and other digital marketing tools
- Fluency in German and English, additional languages a plus
