Are you a hospitality enthusiast aspiring to become a sales leader in Hospitality Software Solutions? We’d love to invest in your development, providing the support and guidance you need to start your journey to becoming a successful Business Development Manager.

About you

You’ll already be an expert in hotel operations with a sound working knowledge of Hotel PMS or distribution systems. We’ll work with you to build on your talents to ultimately lead on your own sales opportunities.

This role is ideal for you if you’d like to take your hospitality career to the next stage within Hospitality Tech. With plenty of training opportunities to brush up on your consultative selling skills, this is an outstanding opportunity to learn with other industry experts in our well established, international company.

• You’re ambitious – you thrive on achieving, surpassing, and setting new targets. You are motivated by helping hoteliers find the right solution for them whilst providing a fantastic service
• You’re experienced in hotel operations– you’re a Hotel Management graduate or you’ve worked throughout hotels from Front Office to Reservations to Revenue Management
• You’re great with people – you understand how to get the best out of people, delivering a message right and influencing across different teams and stakeholders
• You’ve got a curious mind – you read around your subject and default to open when it comes to sharing knowledge
• You relentlessly think Guest – thinking of the Guest comes second nature to Guestliners, we put a customer lens on all that we do. You have the ability to understand the problems of our target customers and translate them into actionable insights
• You’re kind – one of our most important attributes in a Guestliner, you’ll go out of your way help others around you and provide valuable feedback to fellow Guestliners
• You’re Tech- savvy – whilst you don’t need to be able to code, we like our Guestliners to be tech-savvy enough to understand the nuances and workings of our technologies
• You’re great with languages - German is your first language and you’re fluent in English
