Job Description


The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the HR Business Partners and management team in supporting our global business. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: On-boarding and off-boarding, HR operations, benefits management, leave management and HR administration.

Your Responsibilities would involve

  • Employee onboarding and off-boarding.
  • Partner with HR Operations to process employee changes, amendments, new hires and terminations.
  • Time tracking – work directly with managers and employees to ensure proper tracking, usage and compliance.
  • Partner with Finance team on a monthly basis to report appropriate payroll changes.
  • Provide responsive customer service and support to all employees regarding HR policies and programs
  • Support employee engagement programs, which include employee wellness, ID&B, Motivosity and partners with offices to coordinate on-site events.
  • Prepare reports and collect data as required by management and HR Team.
  • Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Qualifications


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Human Resource experience.
  • Current knowledge of German labor laws, as well as current HR practices required
  • Knowledge of Bulgarian labor laws is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must have strong verbal/written communication in both English and German, Bulgarian is a plus
  • Experience with German Labor Council is a plus
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships and encompass corporate values
  • Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under the pressure of deadline
  • Ability to participate and support departmental projects
