About the role:
The Country & Site HR Business Partner is responsible and accountable for local labour compliance execution.

The successful candidate will be required to support the execution of various capability and transformation plans in the site, whilst focusing is on employee life cycle delivery using the standard global processes approach and talent partnering with the business.

Key responsibilities

Labour Compliance Execution

Responsible for all employee relations matters and accountable for labour compliance at site/country level (run internally or externally via partners)

Implements restructuring plans locally according to transformation strategy and Lean BT instructions

Supports Line Managers to drive people topics and to act within site/ country labour regulations and legal compliance

Deliver an engaging and impactful site/country labour strategy, develop constructive relationships with employee representatives/c onsultation bodies/works councils and collaborate with them in labour related topics at site/country level

Supervises and runs on site disciplinary actions, collective dismissals, specific site activities in the area of employee relations

Local People Strategy/ Capability Plan input & execution

Support local execution of capacity and capability plan defined by functional or regional HRBP together with the business leader

Provides input to function and region talent process as part of the site capability plan

Trusted advisor of the Sites management team.

Employee life cycle management following the global processes. HR SLA Delivery.

Ensure internal equity and fairness of treatment of people across functions. Manages individual employee life cycle cases by applying standard E2E processes owned by HR Operations

Accountable for HR processes implementation and HR governance at site level

Accountable for HR data management and analysis at site (cost, headcount, absenteeism, turnover etc.) in collaboration with HR Operations

Management of local pensions schemes and benefits via HR Operations (currently in countries or CoE Reward)

Signs off local communication

Leadership

Leads the HR Team in the area of responsibility

Responsible and accountable for capability growth of own team

Qualifications & Functional Knowledge

Education

Bachelor degree in Business Administration

Specific industrial Human Resources certification

Labour Relations certification

Good local labour relations expertise

Experience in a similar position for up to 5 years depending on business complexity in the site

Experience in the industry/ similar industry
